2. User Agreement & Account

ZaryaLink does not maintain a user account system. All orders are processed as guest transactions. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process, including shipping details and payment data. Any false or misleading information may result in order cancellation or delays.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. ZaryaLink reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you via the email provided ([email protected]) to confirm the correct price before processing the order.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary based on your location and product availability. ZaryaLink is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Keyboards, mice, and headphones must be free of any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Non-Refundable Items: Clearance items, software, and personalized or customized products are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will include the product price, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping cost.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
